I have seen variations of this smoothie/milkshake circling Pinterest, so I whipped up my own version. Super easy, super fast, super tasty!
Ingredients:
- One banana
- 2-3 Tbsp. peanut butter (smooth works best)
- Enough milk to make the smoothie "drinkable" (roughly 1/2 - 1 cup)
- 1-2 tsp. honey, if desired
- 3 or 4 ice cubes
Directions: Drop everything in a blender and blend!
This makes an excellent dessert. It's a bit calorie dense with the peanut butter, but it's very sweet and creamy. It would delicious spooned over some ice cream or brownies too. Or just sip it through a straw like I did.

Add some ice and have a milkshake. With a little protein powder you could have a meal replacement. Thanks for sharing!
